Today is my birthday! Yes it’s all about me and no one else. On this very day I was born and ready for the world. As I came out kicking and screaming I was cold and didn’t know where I was. Finally mom held me and hugged me and told me she loved me. Yes how sweet it is, because today is my birthday.
As I grow into my self I see new things I like and things that I don’t like. I try to rationalize why it’s this way. I touch, wonder, touch and wonder some more and think what is going on. Why do things feel and seem a certain way. Wow, is this how my birthday is suppose to be?
I’m held often and put down often as if I’m a bad habit. I am going through the motions with my emotions as each birthday comes along. My vision and taste for things are growing and I am ready for the next step. At times I don’t understand, but then it becomes clear to me, that I am a real person with real feelings who really exist. My time has been amazing since I came here kicking and screaming. My birthday’s are yummy all the time and I love it! Wow I never knew having a birthday could be this great.
Thinking of how time passes and how my birthday comes around each and every year is phenomenal. I feel stronger and more amazing as I grow and understand my real purpose. Time has a way of telling me who I am, when I need to change, and who my real friends are. It’s a special intuitive feeling that my birthday gives me as I am completing my circle of life. Often I think about what I’m going to do for my next birthday. Something special comes to mind because that day was designed for me. I reminisce often to be sure that I am who I am. As I grow I complete another chapter in my life and understand that past birthdays were preparing me for the next.
My time captured here has been amazing, delicious, spectacular and mind blowing! Taking the great experiences coupled with the good and add the bad; it has been fabulous. As I look on and breathe and think from the core of my soul to the thin skin on my body I understand that my birthday has taught me that life is unique to me. My challenge to make it to my next birthday is me. Thinking about my next birthday brings me that special feeling and from that, I know what I have to do. So yes I am fabulous, great, and a gift to the world because; today is my birthday! Yes it’s all about me and no one else. On this very day I was born and ready for the world.
