Society what can you say about it. It's filled with obcenities, nasty lyrics from a rap song, uneducated individuals, illiterates and no direction. In this day and age you have to wonder where did everything go. So many people faught to be treated as human beings, education, the right to be literate, and to survive. Looking around these days I don't see anyone still in the fight for those things. So much of our society has gone down the tubes to nonsense. Our children are dropping out of school, illiteracy is thriving, and no one is evolving.
Our society has seen hard times and seen great times. In these times in the present it's hard to see through the fog. Everything is so watered down and a huge facade. Almost everyone is, in one way or another trying to be famous, rich or just plain popular. Society has become a stompping ground for hot mess, violence, pimps and ho's, no education, and just plain trying be popular. It's at moments like this I just want to scream. Scream because we are living in an American society where things and people should be educated, have love for one another, and our should be children thriving.
Societies ills has manifested itself into a big fat mess. So much of it is that, people have lost touch with who they are, where they are going, and no thoughts of the future. Our children are blinded by nasty lyrics to a rap song, women shaking their asses, bling, being rich, and just plain trying to be popular. There is no focus, no thinking, no drive and no will. What will it take to get that back in a massive society who thinks being popular is being smart? What will it take? Ask yourself that question the next time you hear your child singing a Lil Wayne song or you hear an individual disrespecting the President or just plain trying to be popular.
America it's time to get focused. It's time to start thinking about doing better and loving your neighbor. Life is more than trying to be popular. It's about living, progressing and evolving. It's time to fight illiteracy, poverty, hunger, and child mortality. When I think of society, I don't think of being popular. I think we as a society can come together and progress and tackle the real issues that plague us on a daily basis.
Being part of American society is not about being popular. It's about living your life's journey and thriving in a positive way. It's about helping one another, and standing up for what you believe in, even if it's not what your neighbor believes. It's about contributing and being a productive member that your parents raised you to be. Living in society is not a game nor a popularity contest. It's plainly about living a productive, educated, and fruitful life.
